Terms of Service

These terms define the service relationship between the operator and the end user regarding using the website provided in the ("Service").

Banned users

​

Users who are citizens or residents of the following regions are prohibited from using the service.

 

Australia

Costa Rica

France

Netherlands

United States of America

 

Use of the Service is prohibited for users under 18 years of age.

 

Users whose use of the Service is not legal in their applicable jurisdiction(s) are prohibited from using the Service.

 

It is the user's responsibility to ensure that the use of the service is legal. The operator makes no claims or guarantees that the use of the service is permitted for the user.

 

To ensure that users are not banned, the operator may, at its discretion, ask the user for reasons such as age, citizenship, and place of residence. If the user does not respond sufficiently to the operator's request, the user may not continue using the service.

 

 

Access to the user account

 

The owner of an account is verified only with his login information: the combination of username, password, and two-step verification method (if enabled). The operator does not need any other form of verification. User acknowledges that if they lose their wallet login information, they may permanently lose access to their account and all internal credits.

 

The user is responsible for the security of the login information. The operator will not be liable for lost wallet accounts or their internal credits or any damage caused by the transfer of login information to a third party, mainly but not limited to a user who is a victim of social engineering or malicious attacks.

 

By voluntarily deleting the account, the user waives any remaining balance and investments of the fund.

 

Deposits and withdrawals

 

Only Tether and SABET Tokens are accepted for deposits and withdrawals. The operator cannot access other cryptocurrencies sent to the service deposit addresses and will not be added to the user account or returned to the user.

 

In case of chain attacks, the operator may decide at its discretion which chain will be considered a SABET token and Tether.

 

At the operator's sole discretion, the operator may determine whether or not to make AirDrop earnings available to the User.

 

The operator tries to make all withdrawals immediately unless the user explicitly wants to queue his withdrawal request. The operator will not be responsible for late withdrawals, including withdrawals that are delayed due to the network's fault.

 

The operator may temporarily stop deposits and withdrawals if necessary to ensure the security of users' balances (such as in the case of chain attacks) or for other essential reasons.

 

 

Investment

 

The Fund's investments are highly volatile, are not guaranteed to earn a profit and carry a significant risk of loss.

 

The fund's investments are adjusted according to the capital buy and sell management page conditions and the token guide section. The operator may change these conditions at any time without prior notice.

 

The operator may decide to pay the users' credit if the fund's investments are lost due to technical problems (such as a server crash) at its discretion and its own expense to the fund's investors.

 

Investment operations (including capital deposit and withdrawal operations) are irreversible, and the operator is not responsible for the user's accidental or intentional investment operations.

 

Chat

 

The user agrees to abide by the Chat rules. The operator may temporarily or permanently ban users who violate the chat rules or are otherwise disruptive at the operator's discretion and without warning. The operator is not responsible for the content other users publish or link. The Service is not a commercial forum; the operator is prohibited from any business recommendation or transaction suggestion. Under no circumstances should the operator interfere in the disputes and will not be responsible for any damages caused by such disputes.

 

Deleting inactive accounts

 

The operator may permanently delete accounts that have not been accessed for two years and make the deleted accounts' usernames available again for use on new accounts.

 

For this purpose, the time of the last access to the account is when the user last logged into the account or into the service.

 

All credits of deactivated accounts, including their fund balances and investments, will be forfeited by the user and seized by the operator.

 

Other

 

The laws of Costa Rica shall govern this Agreement. The Costa Rican courts shall decide any legal dispute between the Operator and the User regarding the use of the Service.

 

The operator may change these terms of service unilaterally at any time. Use of the service implies acceptance of the terms of service. For this purpose, the remaining fund capital is considered using the service.

 

Failure of the operator to insist on one of the exclusive rights given to him by these terms of service in one or more specific cases will not prevent him from using this right in the future.
